Employee Assistance Programs
- Full design, staffing and implementation of EAP programs individually
tailored to meet the unique needs of each business
- Onsite EAP services either in scheduled blocks of time (office hours),
or on an as needed basis for specific emergencies (Critical Incident
Stress Management).
- Offsite services available to employees with a single phone call:
- Assessment and referral or brief counseling services for a pre-set
maximum number of sessions 1-3, 1-5, 2-8 sessions as requested by
the business
- Offsite appointment locations for increased confidentiality and
greater utilization
- Management/supervisor training
- Management of complex mandatory referrals (workplace violence, positive
drug screens, work performance issues, etc.)
- Educational programming ("Lunch and Learn" workshops) for the workforce
focused on:
- Health maintenance
- Managing crises of living
- Resource development
- Organization and time management
- Stress management
- Other a la carte services available: process consultation, executive
