ABOUT TRICIA

My name is Tricia, I am a pre-licensed master's-level clinician. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Child Development through Umass Amherst and Master's degree in Clinical Psychology through BayPath University. I have worked with children, families, parents and couples as well as client’s one on one. My clinical methods are based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy and a Person Centered Approach. I am passionate about supporting individuals/couples/families as they navigate life’s challenges. I strive to help clients build resilience as well as work toward meaningful growth. This can be attained through creating a genuine therapeutic alliance tailored to each individual. I would consider my approach to be compassionate, collaborative and real. This is grounded in the belief that each person brings unique strengths and experiences to the therapeutic process. I aspire to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make positive changes. When I'm not at work you can find me outside with my children. I also enjoy a good book.

I look forward to meeting you!
