I have been a practicing psychologist 30 years providing psychotherapy for individuals, groups, and couples and with individuals of all ages across the life span. I specialize in helping those with anxiety, depression, and all major mental disorders including those with substance abuse. I have received complimentary reviews from the patients who I have treated. 

In addition, I have been the Chief Executive of many behavioral health organizations and treatment facilities, and I am a global expert consultant in mental health for the US State Department and have been asked to consult with many countries.  

I have my doctoral degree from the Saybrook University in Pasadena California where I had the pleasure to have the renowned psychologist Dr. Rollo May, as my adviser.  I have also been a University Dean overseeing doctoral program in psychology.

I have expertise in all the major counseling and psychotherapy approaches.  In practice, my approach varies according to the needs of the individual who I am helping.
